Open Communication – we know starting a new job can be nerve-wracking and challenging. That is why we work to make it as smooth a transition as possible. Our communication starts before Day One because we want you to feel welcomed and comfortable and know what to expect. You will receive new hire emails and a Welcome Packet even before you get started. Connections – @Apps Associates we are fortunate to have the option to work in the style that works best for you - remotely or onsite. We make the first few weeks all about connections. We connect you with your manager, your team members, including our clients, partners, vendors and more as well as our platforms.
Questions – When you are first getting started with an organization, there is no possible way to know all of the answers. We encourage to ask questions, attend Lunch & Learn sessions and take advantage of the resources available to you. We welcome openness and transparency, so let us know what you think and reach out as questions arise. Feedback – As important it is for you to obtain feedback, especially during those first few weeks and months in a new position, it is just as important for us to receive feedback from you! Our culture is grounded in our core values and in order to live by those we need insight into what’s working well and what needs some improvement – your feedback is always encouraged and appreciated.

Employees engage in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with their direct managers, quarterly company meetings which review the overall organization’s performance along with a an individualized Annual Performance Review. Q: I am a career changer – is it worth applying? A: Absolutely, there are many transferable skills that can be utilized and your diverse experience will add value to your contributions. Q: I’m a student – are there any opportunities for me at Apps? A: Apps Associates offers recent graduate programs that vary by country. Our Early Talent Program (ETP) and Fresher programs are two available options.
