The VP of Implementation Services is responsible for leading the overall strategy, execution and ongoing management for R12 Implementations at Apps Associates. This is a key leadership role and will be expected to partner with all Business Units to ensure success of our customers and our business.

» Direct all phases of service delivery of Oracle R12 Implementations for new implementations, upgrades and assessments.

Director of Enterprise Managed Services

Job Description

The Director of Managed Services reports directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Managed Services and is responsible for the planning, implementation, leadership, and day-to-day operation of managed services customers and related support functions. The Director will work in conjunction with management, customers and associates to design and implement managed services programs. He or she will lead the support team, comprised of functional and technical services professionals and managers in the implementation and operation of a Managed Services functions.

Job Function Requirements:

» Communicate effectively with all levels of associates, customers and management.
» Understanding of managed services offerings to new and existing clients in the ERP domain.
» A thorough understanding of support methodologies and delivering managed services to enterprise customers.
» Deep understanding of multi shore delivery model (On, Off and Near).
» Strong process background related to multi shore delivery.
» Good presales skills related to concepts and communication in the pursuit cycle of Managed Services.
» Familiarity with one or more Oracle software technologies such as, EBusiness suite, Hyperion, CRM on Demand, Peoplesoft and Fusion Middleware.
» Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as, Sharepoint and .Net
» Minimum 7-10 years managing in global delivery model.

Hyperion Architect

Required Experience & Qualifications:

» Bachelors in Business or Computer Science or equivalent.
» Hyperion System 9 and 11 experience.
» At least (5) years of experience of development experience with Hyperion Essbase, Planning, and Financial Reports.
» Understanding of data warehouse concepts and technology.
» Minimum of (5) full life cycle EPM implementation experience with Hyperion, including at least one as architect.
» Ability to direct the activities of developers both in the US and off-shore.
» Ability to travel to client site in the US.
» Ability to work independently and solve problems.
» Excellent written, verbal communication skills, including experience in technical documentation and ability to communicate with senior business managers and executives.
» Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment.
» Experience supporting sales executives developing and delivering technical proposals.

Hyperion Managed Services Coordinator

Responsibilities:

» Coordinate off-shore team activities during discovery and delivery phases of Hyperion Managed Services engagements.
» Primary client point of contact for daily support activities.
» Lead priority issue resolution and root cause analysis.
