The E-Balance sheet is mandatory for all companies that are assessed tax in the Federal Republic of Germany from 2013 onwards. The E-Balance sheet will have to be created in a defined format (XRBL) and must be sent to the ELSTER server of the fiscal authorities.
For users of the financial modules of the Oracle e-Business Suite, Oracle provides no out-of-the-box solution. However, there is a way to generate the balance-sheet data in the e-Business Suite to prepare, to validate and to send the data to the regulatory authorities in the format compliant with legal requirements.
EBIO is not a software tool. With EBIO Apps Associates will implement a process that is affordable and close to the Oracle standards. It is still flexible to respond to changes in the procedural requirements of the financial authorities (taxonomies).
