Account Managers

Should have prior experience of managing multiple projects and be responsible for the success of client projects. Should be able to manage team leads, who each would be responsible for projects. The candidate should be well versed with the Oracle technology and tools. Should have sufficient prior experience with project management methodologies, industry process in FIN, MFG & CRM.

Development Leads

Be able to manage small projects with 1 to 5 people. Should be able to coordinate work with the Onsite and Offshore teams. Should be very familiar with Oracle e-business suite covering most of the FIN, MFG & CRM modules.

Project Leader - Oracle Applications :

Qualification: BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA, MS, MBA (Systems), MSc (Comp. Science). Applicants should have a good academic record of 60% or higher throughout.

Experience: Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in Oracle, should be very strong in SQL, PL/SQL, Reports / Forms.

Essential Skill Set:

Oracle 8i / 9i, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports.
Expert Skills in PL/SQL and strong knowledge in Oracle database.
Proficient Skills in Oracle Forms and Reports (D2K/ 6i / 9i).
Exposure to UNIX environment and basic understanding of UNIX commands and Shell scripting.
At least 4+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Applications, and should have good working knowledge on at least any 4 modules as listed (GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, OM, Inventory, BOM, Contracts, Install Base, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets.)
Prior experience and expertise on Conversions (Converting multiple objects in multiple modules), Building Interfaces (Inbound and Outbound) on the different modules, Report Customization is a must.
Strong Coding Skills.
Leadership Skills and should have prior experience leading a team.

Desired Skill Set:

Exposure to Offshore Methodology
Exposure to Workflow, Discoverer, OA Framework, Portal, 9i AS, XML Publisher would be a definite plus.
Good communication skills, an analytical bent of mind and a desire to work hard and excel are integral to the requirement of this position.

Lead DBA :


Qualification: BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA, MS, MBA (Systems), MSc (Comp. Science). Applicants should have a good academic record of 60% or higher throughout.

Experience: The applicants must have strong exposure and experience in Core DBA and Unix Admin with atleast 4+ years experience as an Oracle Applications DBA.

Essential Skill Set:

Support and Maintenance of of multiple database instances.
Backup and Recovery processes
Installation and Cloning of instances.
Performance tuning and monitoring.
Upgrades, Standby Databases
Application of patches, RMAN Backups, Administering concurrent Managers
Workflow set-up and maintenance, setting up Discoverer services.
Thorough understanding of Oracle Applications Architecture.
Strong Unix Admin skills (Filesystems, Installations, Backups, Printers, Performance, NFS etc.)
Good skills on Unix Shell Scripting, SQL and PLSQL

Desired Skill Set:
Exposure to Offshore Methodology.
Willing to work in shifts.

Trainee DBA :


Qualification: BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA, MS, MBA (Systems), MSc (Comp. Science). Applicants should have a good academic record of 60% or higher throughout.

Experience: The applicants must have strong skills on UNIX and Oracle DBA. Knowledge on Oracle Applications DBA is a definite plus.

Essential Skill Set:

Database Architecture
Storage Management
Installations
User Management
Backup and Recovery Process (Logical and Physical)
Performance Tuning
Good Unix Skills (Monitoring the performance, shell scripting etc,)
Strong SQL and PLSQL skills
Oracle Applications knowledge will be a definite plus


Data Architect :


Qualification: BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA, MS, MBA (Systems), MSc (Comp. Science). Applicants should have a good academic record of 60% or higher throughout. Oracle Forms Developer (OCP) certification would be an added advantage.

Experience: The applicants must have overall 6+ years of experience with 4+ years in database/datawarehouse data modeling.

Job Profile:

Designs and constructs very large relational database for datawarehousing on Oracle Database platform.
Develops data modeling and is responsible for data acquisition, access analysis/design and archive/recovery/load design and implementation.
Integrates new data with existing warehouse structure and continuously improves how the system functions.
Tune SQL queries and database performance for DSS applications within the development environment.
Participate in design and code reviews, documentation of design, implementation of methodologies to ensure high quality software.
Proven track record in building and operating highly scalable/performing/24X7 web enabled database applications.
Strong technical leadership skills with extensive hands on experience.
Must be a team player and have excellence communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.


ETL Developer :


Qualification: BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA, MS, MBA (Systems), MSc (Comp. Science). Applicants should have a good academic record of 60% or higher throughout. Oracle Forms Developer (OCP) certification would be an added advantage.

Experience: We are looking individuals with strong experience in ETL application development using one or more industry standard ETL tools. The applicants must have overall 4+ years of experience with 2+ years in ETL development and support.

Job Profile:

Responsible for performing datawarehouse and ETL development activities using Informatica, Oracle SQL &PL/SQL.
Provide technical guidance to other ETL developers ensuring effective and timely delivery of code, adequate support of applications during testing and production.
Assist in estimating resources and commit to project deadlines.
Participate in reviewing ETL developers work product for conformance to standards, architectures and processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Optimize the performance of production ETL processes.
Ability to work both independently and also a key contributor in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, communication and problem solving skills are required.
Must be adaptable and flexible when dealing with necessary changes.


Report Developer :


Qualification: BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA, MS, MBA (Systems), MSc (Comp. Science). Applicants should have a good academic record of 60% or higher throughout. Oracle Forms Developer (OCP) certification would be an added advantage.

Experience: The applicants must have overall 4+ years of experience with 2+ years in report development and support using industry standard tools in datawarehousing space.

Job Profile:


Responsible for data centric & report development - specifically engaging business intelligence, datawarehouse projects, business intelligence tools such as COGNOS, understanding of analytics and reporting.
Creating simple and complex reports using reporting tools like COGNOS, ReportNet etc.
Implementing and managing reporting tool governors and reporting environment usage with built-in and custom mechanisms.
Managing and monitoring reporting servers/modules.
Creating technical specifications, creating reports, portal customizations, unit testing and user training.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to impart knowledge on reporting tools and techniques.
Experience on the various server-side Oracle / SQL server development.
