Over the years Oracle has come up with many tools, products and platforms to address the BI or in general the Reporting needs for their applications. Their latest product is Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition(OBIEE), this product acquired from Siebel was called Siebel Analytics. Unlike the prior products and tools, this one has great promise and also has extensive customer base using it from its earlier versions. OBIEE has the depth of functionality in data warehousing and yet is highly user friendly in getting the required data to the users especially integrating it with the tools of their choice – Excel, pdf, html.
