Apps Associates XMLP Center of
Excellence is our earnest attempt to share our experiences on Oracle XML
Publisher (XMLP). The intention is to discuss about the technical and business issues
related to this tool, the best practices evolved through our implementation experiences
and the lessons learnt in this process. We have worked on XMLP versions ranging from 4.5
through 5.6.2 at multiple customers and this COE is to build a comprehensive knowledge
base with information on various XMLP initiatives.
XML (Extensible Markup Language) is a W3C initiative that allows
information and services to be encoded with meaningful structure and semantics that
computer and humans can understand. XML is great for information exchange, and can easily
be extended to include user-specified and industry-specified tags. |
