Sridhar Bogelli is the founder and president of Apps Associates. Under Sridhar’s leadership, Apps Associates has grown rapidly by offering unparalleled balance of value and IT competency with offices in USA, India and Germany. Sridhar is responsible for fostering partnerships and delivering extreme value through their Global Delivery to the Fortune 1000 customers.

Sridhar had started his career with Wipro Systems, where he was responsible for the Oracle ERP implementations at GE Capital locations in Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand and Indonesia. He was instrumental in standardizing the IT and accounting practices at GE Capital in the Asian countries. Sridhar had later worked for Oracle Corporation where he had managed numerous successful implementations of Oracle Applications across industry segments.

Sridhar is a regular speaker at Oracle Conferences and at local Universities. He is very passionate about the right approach to train and develop new employees at Apps Associates in business processes, technology, quality and leadership.

Sridhar holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University.

 

Ajay manages the Product Development practice based out of Westford. Ajay has over 10 years of experience in the Research and Development of products involving leading-edge technologies such as Information Extraction, Pattern recognition and Neural Networks. He has led the development of two products at Apps Associates: ShipConsole, a shipping application that integrates Oracle E-Business Suite with freight carriers like UPS and FedEx; and Report Lifecycle Management Solution (RLMS), an enterprise report management & search application. Prior to joining Apps Associates, Ajay held senior positions at companies delivering automatic speech recognition products such as Infinitive Speech Systems (subsidiary of Visteon Corp.), and Dragon Systems (acquired by Nuance).

Ajay holds an MS in Computer Science from BITS, Pilani and a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

 

Kshitij heads the Office of Technology based in the Boston area headquarters. This function is responsible for evaluating, driving and facilitating innovation across technologies which are aligned with our overall business strategy. Prior to assuming this role, Kshitij was VP Business Intelligence for Apps Associates. Kshitij has over 15 years of industry experience and has strong project management and technical skills. Kshitij has a deep technical background in data warehousing and database technologies. He was instrumental in setting the initial direction in business intelligence for the company, following the acquisition of Siebel by Oracle. Before joining Apps Associates, Kshitij worked for six years at a leading social research firm based out of Cambridge, MA. In his role, he was responsible for managing the company’s Oracle Applications 11i ERP system and reporting data warehouse. Kshitij has also worked for Government of Qatar (Middle East, Arabian Gulf) for three years, developing GIS (Geographic Information Systems) applications using ESRI, Microsoft and Oracle technologies.

Kshitij holds a Masters Degree in Management Information systems (MIS) from Northeastern University, Boston, MA. He has completed Boston University’s certificate course in Project Management based on PMI (Project Management Institute) guidelines. Kshitij is also an Oracle Certified Database Administrator for database versions 8i, 9i and 10g.

 

Meera Marthi serves as the Vice President Global HR from the India Office at Hyderabad. She brings in more than 15 years of technical and managerial expertise to the IT products and services industry. In her current role, she is responsible for associate relationship, recruitment, general HR and operations, development and expansion of the off-shore capabilities of GDC-Hyderabad of Apps Associates.

Meera Marthi has been with us for the past 6 years and has worn different hats in Apps Associates. She comes with a strong IT delivery background, having worked for Oracle Corporation, Boston, MA for about 5 years.

In her earlier assignments, Meera was the Head of the Product Development and Services team of Apps Associates India. Meera led the ShipConsole product in that role and was responsible for the release and implementation of the product for about 4 years. As part of the Onsite-US Team, Meera was responsible for bringing about some of the positive changes in Associate recognition, Associate appraisals and Associate well-being in general.

Meera Marthi obtained a Bachelors degree in Math from Osmania University and a Diploma from the National Institute of Information Technology.

 

Jim is the Vice President of Integrated Delivery responsible for consistent level of quality service delivery across all disciplines. His team is directly responsible for client management, ongoing support and delivery performance on a global level. Jim has over 16 years of industry, consulting and Oracle experience. He is an accomplished professional with a successful track record in consulting leadership, project management and the delivery of services and solutions.

Prior to joining Apps Associates, Jim was the Vice President of ERP solutions for a New England based systems integrator. Jim was also very successful at Oracle Corporation for eight years, where he held management and delivery positions in commercial consulting practice.

 

Christian is the General Manager for Apps Associates European operations headquartered in Germany. He is responsible for the business development and execution for the European wide projects. He has over 10 years of experience in Information Systems business and implementing integrated systems in various Industries. One of his key strengths is program management in international/multi-cultural/multi-language environments. Prior to joining Apps Associates, Christian worked for 4 to 5 years at Kaz Inc. as their IT-Manager for Europe. In this position he had led the European wide roll out of Oracle Applications to success. He has deep experience in executing the offshore-onsite model.

Christian holds a Master of Science in Physics from University of Applied Sciences in Iserlohn, Germany and a MBA from University of Applied Sciences in Hagen, Germany.

Ben Pastro is responsible for North America Sales and charged with growing our portfolio of services and driving expansion geographically across U.S. and Canada.   Ben brings years of experience managing larger IT consulting service organizations.  Prior to joining Apps Associates, Ben was responsible for US Sales and Operations at Zensar Technologies.  Prior to Zensar, Ben worked at ThoughtDigital and Oracle Corporation.

 

Srinivas manages the Services practice for strategic accounts & partners based out of Boston. Srinivas has been in the Information Systems business for 10 years, he has started out as a consultant working for Price Waterhouse Coopers. After three years, he joined Oracle Corporation at their North-East Technology Practice. Before starting with Apps Associates, Srinivas was the Development Manager and then Director of Applications Development at Kaz, Inc. In addition to his broad range of Technical and Business skills, he has managed Implementation and Development efforts for many client sites.

Srinivas holds a Master in Business Administration from the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronics from Regional Engineering College, Calicut.

 

Bill is Vice President of U.S. Operations and Business Development responsible for U.S. Finance & Administration and global business development. In this role, Bill is responsible for overall customer and partner relations as well as development and management of integrated sales & marketing initiatives and operational systems & procedures. Prior to joining Apps Associates, Bill held executive and senior management positions within the high technology sector in both entrepreneurial firms and Fortune 500 companies such as Texas Instruments and Digital Equipment Corporation in the areas of strategic planning & engineering.

Over the past 15 years, Bill has exclusively been focused on the growth & management of small-to-mid sized technology firms, serving as VP Sales & Marketing for Ready-to-Run Software and Regional VP (U.S. New England) for Business Management International, Inc., an IT consulting service firm. More recently, Bill was Managing Director for Voyager Systems Inc., a global provider of software services located in Bedford, NH. Bill has been an invited guest lecturer at Boston University, School of Management Entrepreneurship Program and served on the advisory board of Ivrea Pharmaceuticals, a Boston area life science company, with primary role in strategic planning and business development. Bill holds BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Connecticut.

 

Srini Samy is a Vice President of Consulting Delivery practice and manages account relationship for our clients in the Medical Devices field. Srini Samy has 17 years of consulting experience implementing projects of various sizes for clients across multiple industries. Srini Samy joined Apps Associates in 2004. He specializes in technical project management and delivery of new Oracle Application implementations and Application Rollouts to international sites. His core strengths include managing projects involving resources across multiple locations (onsite, offshore developers, onsite and near shore business analysts and functional consultants).

Prior to joining Apps Associates, Srini Samy worked for Oracle Corporation for more than 8 years. As a member of their New England Region consulting practice, he has implemented Oracle Applications and custom Oracle solution projects under developer, technical lead and project lead roles.

Srinivasen worked for Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP) and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) prior to joining Oracle Corporation.

Srinivasen has a Master Degree in Computer Science from University of Florida and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology (NIT/REC), Trichy, India

 

Ravi leads the North Central US region based in Chicago, IL. In this role, Ravis is responsible for establishing and overseeing Business Development and Delivery capability within the region. Ravi has over 15 years of experience in leading professional service business units, managing offshore delivery centers (ODC), IT project/program management, delivering large scale mission-critical technology and Oracle ERP solutions to Fortune 100 customers on a global platform. Prior to joining Apps Associates, Ravi was employed by Oracle Corporation (USA & India) for 12 years, where he held various delivery and management roles. Ravi holds an MBA in Management, Marketing & Strategy, from Northwestern University and a Masters degree in Computer Applications from Osmania University.

Doug is an accomplished leader with a proven ability to manage, lead projects and achieve consistent results during a 27 year career in IT. Doug is a thought leader in Oracle Fusion Middleware, with an extensive history of design and delivery. He manages the team of technical personnel, providing On-site and Off-shore services to our clients in the areas of BPM/SOA, AIA, ADF and Webcenter.

Doug is a published author in the subject of BPEL, as well as a SOA Certified Implementation Expert. He has also held senior management positions at Scient, CSC, KPMG Peat Marwick, among others.

Prior to joining Apps Associates, Doug was the Vice President of Fusion Middleware Solutions for Oracle Consulting. Doug received his Business Administration from Keystone College and Business Management from Wilkes University.

John is the Vice President of Applications Delivery for Apps Associates. He manages the on-site and off-shore delivery resources for project-based deployments. John has over 15 years of project management, consulting and business systems experience. He has a passion for helping customers realize improved efficiencies and business processes through better use of business data and the systems used to manage this data.

Prior to joining Apps Associates, John was the Director of Business Systems for Empirix, a leading provider of testing and monitoring solutions in the telecommunications industry. John has also managed several consulting services organizations centered around the implementation and integration of ERP and CRM systems.

John holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.

 

Dave is responsible for BI / EPM business unit based out of Boston area headquarters. Dave has over 20 years of industry and consulting experience with a focus on Business Intelligence and Performance Management. He has extensive experience leading projects focused on business intelligence, reporting, and analytics. Leveraging leading methodologies and best practices, David has led numerous projects for global companies related to enterprise reporting, scorecard development and implementation, management reporting and analysis, information management business requirements, and business transformation roadmap development. He also has experience leading projects related to financial and operational planning, forecasting, and performance management with the majority of the work utilizing Oracle Hyperion.

Before joining Apps Associates, Dave was Vice President and Client Partner in the Business Intelligence and Performance Management practice at Palladium Group. His consulting experience also includes senior positions at Painted Word, AppGenesys, and Deloitte Consulting.

Dave holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, a Masters Degree in Applied Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University, and a BS in Mathematics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
