A Recap of 2021
It gives me so much pride to start off by saying that 2021 was a year of amazing growth here at Apps Associates thanks to our Customers and the entire Apps Associates team. Our commitment to the success of our Associates allows us to maintain one of the best teams in the industry that continuously meets the ever-expanding needs of our Customers. We are excited to add Lydie Fox as Chief People Officer to our leadership team where she will continue to build upon the Apps culture and onboard the best and brightest team members on to our staff.
Let me share a little bit about what growth mode in 2021 has meant for Apps. In the past 12 months, we have expanded our offerings to include Change Management, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and enhanced Data and Analytics aligning with the best applications and tools to help you simplify your decision making.
Ethos, was welcomed to the Apps Family to strengthen our experience and development capabilities for our Salesforce offerings, addressing the significant growing demand from Customers.
In 2022, we look forward to announcing the launch of a new service offering and the continued expansion of our IP and toolsets that enable our current and future Customers to make the most of their investments.
Thank you to all our Customers who participated in the 2021 Customer survey, providing feedback on how we are doing and where we can improve. I am encouraged by the time our Customers took to share their experiences with Apps and the recommendations that will help shape our evolution. Customers love that we are a trusted partner and advisor, however, they ask us to be more proactive in our communication; they are looking for ways to enhance their business and leverage the suite of tools Apps is rolling out. This newsletter is one of the ways we are putting that feedback into action.
