Jill leads the finance function at Apps Associates, responsible for financial planning and overseeing the financial reporting of the company. Her leadership style reflects a philosophy of empowerment. She believes in hiring good people and then getting out of their way.
Prior to joining Apps Associates, Jill worked for TriCore Solutions as the Financial Controller. With a focus on business processes and back-office operations, she managed the integrations of the company’s acquisitions.
Jill resides in Scituate, MA with her husband. In their free time, they enjoy exploring the new restaurants and escaping for long weekends to Nantucket
