Lydie Fox

Lydie Fox serves as Chief Human Resources Officer responsible for leading Apps Associates’ overall human resources strategy, including global talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employer branding. In this role, Lydie partners with a global team of human resources professionals who drive the company’s efforts to continue to be a great place to work through a focus on creating opportunities for associates to develop and grow, and being a cooperative, and inclusive workplace and culture.

Lydie has worked with leaders across many lines of business to build organizations that reflect and support their dynamic needs. She brings over 20 years of progressive cross-industry HR leadership experience, including senior advisor roles in Fortune 50 and 500 companies, and experience working globally and building teams across multiple geographies. Most recently, Lydie worked as the senior global HR partner for multiple global functions at Risk Management Solutions, an insurance tech firm located in Silicon Valley.

Lydie resides in New Jersey with her husband, and enjoys hiking and discovering true crime podcasts to listen to on long drives.
