Ryan is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with financial and operational experience at both public and PE owned companies across technology, B2B services, healthcare, and manufacturing industries. Ryan has significant experience in M&A due diligence and integration, ERP systems implementations, financial reporting and analysis, and change management, with the ability to both develop strategic plans and lead their detailed execution. Ryan is skilled in growing smaller teams into larger organizations, while maintaining their cost effectiveness. International experience, both US and foreign country based. Ryan has a MBA from University of Chicago and is fluent in Spanish.
